PLEASE NOTE

  1. We will NOT perform any de-matting service other than shaving (with rare exception, such as lightly matted ears or a few mats here and there) as it is painful for your pet. We practice humanity over vanity, always.

  2. We will NOT perform a Full Haircut Service on a double-coated dog as it is likely to cause permanent damage to their coat and disrupt their natural ability to regulate body temperature (unless medically necessary as confirmed by your veterinarian).
