We strive to give our students the most authentic, real-world grooming shop experience during their instruction with us. Part of that instruction includes how to ask the right questions of pet owners, handle each individual pet in the safest manner possible, and identify early warning signs in order to avoid injuries.
These are all crucial components to having a long and successful career in the industry, and we wouldn’t want our students to miss out on being exposed to every possible scenario!
If your pet does have any behavioral/bite/aggression history or simply does not tolerate the grooming process very well, PLEASE let us know so that we are adequately prepared for their appointment!

PLEASE NOTE
We will NOT perform any de-matting service other than shaving (with rare exception, such as lightly matted ears or a few mats here and there) as it is painful for your pet. We practice humanity over vanity, always.
We will NOT perform a Full Haircut Service on a double-coated dog as it is likely to cause permanent damage to their coat and disrupt their natural ability to regulate body temperature (unless medically necessary as confirmed by your veterinarian).
